  • I called High Tech Appliance AGAIN, because they were whom I called about a year ago and left me with a stellar impression after such excellent service by Brian. A different problem had occurred and Harry diagnosed and comforted me by assuring me Brian would be available again at a certain time, but due to my scheduling, I coordinated another tech, as I trusted all the team due to that first experience. Michael was prompt after his call to inform me he was in route. His cleanliness, detail to discussing the issues with me, sensitivity in providing options with me so not to do needless repair, and quotes, all mattered.

    Michael went above and beyond by his extended time taken, and attention to seek the fix in a timely matter, having truly concentrated to get the repair complete, despite the distractions that were occurring in my home.

    Unwavering, I will always recommend High Tech Appliance, and welcome anyone's call for a fine reference if there should be any hesitation by anyone.

  • This is the second time that I've called on High Tech Appliance over the last couple of years (older SubZero and different issues each time) and they have been super! Each time I have called in the morning and they were there by afternoon. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone was more than pleasant and quick to respond. The same team of guys came this time as last time - and they remembered being here too. They were pleasant, efficient and fixed the machine. When Mike went down to the truck to get what was needed it wasn't a 45-minute experience - he went and was back in a moment and cleaned up the mess and problems solved. Both guys were friendly and great - seriously no crap and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I had thought for sure this time our SubZero was a goner (it came with the apartment and is old) or it was going to be a fortune to fix. Thanks for the great service!

  • High Tech is a very reliable and friendly repair service. Back in October, my SubZero refrigerator stopped working. I noticed this on a Saturday and did a web search for emergency service. I found High Tech, who sent someone out the same day. He was able to do a temporary repair and recharge the freon. When the initial repair didn't solve the problem, they sent another repair guy, Armando, who did not give up until everything was checked and repaired. This is the best repair company I've ever dealt with and the only one I'll call from now on.
